Abstract

Interest in repeat visits by patients can be one of the factors that can improve the quality of the hospital. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on intention to revisit the outpatient polyneuron at RSU Bahteramas, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This type of research is quantitative using a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was 96 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that there is an influence of empathy service quality (0.000) on interest in repeat visits, and there is no effect of service quality on tangible (0.019), reliability (0.648), responsiveness (0.663) and assurance (0.972). Efforts that can be made by the RSU Bahteramas Prov. Southeast Sulawesi RSU Bahteramas Prov. Southeast Sulawesi needs to develop and improve the quality of services that are even better for patients. Hospital staff also need to improve responsiveness and reliability in serving patients and create a high sense of concern for patients
